My investigation skills include due diligence, knowing your customers, brand protection, trace enquiries, and similar private investigation work.

With my training, I specialise in planning and teaching technical subject matter and presenting this information in plain, understandable language to a wide range of audiences. I have a unique ability to use and quickly understand many software packages.

In my previous career with the British Transport Police in the United Kingdom, I gained over 26 years of experience, including working on major incidents. I also held various roles, including Uniform Constable, Detective, High-Tech Crimerime Manager/Investigator, and Intelligence Officer.

One of my personal goals is to help members of the cyber community, the general public, and businesses become safe online. To that end, this site also guides what to do if you are compromised online or have been the victim of a hacking attack, either as a business or as a personal loss. I have also included links to organisations and companies that I have encountered over the years that may be able to help you further.
